Tires are a multi-component product containing natural and synthetic rubbers as well as high-quality steel wire.
With our PTV balling mill, we have developed an environmentally friendly, highly efficient separation process metal processing from tire recycling. As a result, rubber adhesions can be almost completely separated from the wires. The recycling of scrap tires with our separation process is also highly profitable and contributes to an environmentally friendly return of tire wire to the steel industry.

The 35th international ADAC Truck Grand Prix is getting closer and closer. From 15 – 17 JULY 2022, after a break of two years, the Race Trucks will again compete at the Nürburgring and Prall-Tec supports the Hecker Racing 25 Team.

Successful at the IFAT 2022 trade fair
Every two years, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management (IFAT) takes place in Munich. 2,984 exhibitors from 59 countries and around 119,000 visitors from 155 countries were at IFAT in Munich from May 30 to June 3, 2022.
We were also represented as an exhibitor at the trade show and presented our innovative machines for various recycling applications for the processing of construction waste, glass, slags/IBA, metals, electronic scrap and much more.
Great interest in our products
The demand for our products was very high, so that the crowds at our booth were very large on all days of the trade fair. IFAT exceeded our expectations!
Not only were we able to inform existing customers about our new products at the trade show, but we also made many new international and national contacts.
After a two-year break, the ISRI Convention & Exhibition is finally taking place again in Las Vegas (US).
The convention is one of the world’s largest in the recycling industry and attracts thousands of international visitors.
We are currently on site, where trade fair visitors can experience our PTV balling mill up close. The trade fair appearance has already been worthwhile, as numerous new contacts have been made for joint cooperation.

Zu einem Großvorhaben ist bei der Lengericher Firma Prall-Tec in diesen Tagen noch ein zweites besonderes Projekt hinzugekommen. Zum einen investiert der Maschinenbauer aus dem Gewerbegebiet Lohesch eigenen Angaben zufolge 1,2 Millionen Euro in eine neue Halle, zum anderen hat sich das Unternehmen zusammen mit anderen örtlichen Betrieben an einer Spendenaktion für die Opfer der Flutkatastrophe beteiligt.
