Expert for recycling machines and crushing technology

Made in Germany

Prall-Tec - individual impact crushers and recycling plants

Your global expert for recycling machines and crushing technology

Specializing in the construction, modernization and repair of stationary crushing and recycling plants, we now offer our customers a versatile range of machinery with over 40 years of experience in the construction of impact mills and extensive crushing plants. We cover the entire manufacturing process from design to worldwide assembly. As a medium-sized family business under the management of Ralf and Frederik Teepe, we have dedicated ourselves to the new and further development of various impact and hammer mills.

Today, our crushing technology and plants are used very versatilely in their respective specifications in many recycling applications. Starting with construction waste, glass and metal as well as waste slags up to metal scrap processing. In addition to the many recycling applications, the impact crushers and hammer mills are also used in the crushing of rocks, gravel and various other mineral products.

Rotor repair and new construction

Cross-brand rotor repairs and new builds

In addition to the new construction of machines, around 100 – 120 cross-brand rotor repairs and new constructions are carried out annually in every conceivable machine size and thus Prall-Tec today positions itself as probably one of the largest rotor reconditioners and spare parts suppliers on the market. Complex general overhauls of mobile as well as stationary crushers and plants in the Lengerich plant, repairs and assemblies directly on site at our customers or an extremely extensive range of spare and wear parts of blow bars, castings, Hardox wear plates, bearing systems and rotor shafts are part of the fixed portfolio today.

This versatile experience is reflected in the in-house products and machines and thus all Prall-Tec impact mills, crushers and hammer mills are manufactured true to the motto Made in Germany or Lengerich. We attach great importance to the fact that today and also in the future at Prall-Tec all machine components are developed, designed, manufactured and finally installed by our own assembly team. In this way, new ideas are created day by day through customer requests, which we implement into reality in combination with our experience.

Mobile recycling in a new dimension

New ways in mobile processing technology

For some years now, new approaches have also been taken in mobile processing technology. Thus, the track-mounted PT1.1 impact mill was developed, which has been manufactured in the 2nd generation since 2021, as well as the vertical impact mill PTM-2100, which is used as a mobile secondary crusher to produce high-grade grits and sand. Since 2020, various semi-mobile units have also been developed, with which we can offer our customers various trials as well as the possibility of longer-term rentals.

Through this offer, new applications for our machines are constantly tested and then specifically modified for the task or completely redeveloped. This shows the flexibility of our family business, in which each employee contributes a part to be constantly innovative in environmental protection and an efficient use of materials.
